Bonus Summer Episode - The Post Project Review
We’re in the midst of summer holiday season - but in case you’ve been missing Virtue & Virtuosity, we’ve got a bonus episode to keep you going until Season 2 starts in September.
In today’s episode, we turn theory into practice by doing a retrospective look back on the 9 episodes in Season 1 - looking at the highlights and picking through the key themes.
In this bonus episode, I’m joined by Tree Hall AuDHD CEO at Charity IT Leaders. Tree was my co-host on the very first episode, and I love the symmetry of having her back on for the final episode of Season 1. Tree reflects on how Season 1 highlighted the need to challenge assumptions and current ways of thinking.
We’re also joined by Sian Prime who is the Head of Business Technology at NSPCC. As a regular listener to the podcast she discusses what she’s found resonates with her role in a charity - and what she’s put into action.
We’re also lucky to be joined a third regular listener, Arti Sharma who is CEO at nurtureuk. Arti takes the view from being a leader in a smaller organisation - and does a great summary of some of the key takeaways from Season 1.
